Karen Creditor

Karen Creditor is a seasoned technology leader with a wealth of experience in the private and public sectors. Most recently, Karen spent eight years as CEO of the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS), where under her leadership the organization diversified its service offerings to colleges, developed new ways to support learners in Ontario and around the world, expanded its team of employees, and was named a top employer in the Waterloo region.

Prior to her tenure at OCAS, Karen was Director of Program Operations at RIM, the first and then largest smartphone manufacturer in the world. Karen is also an educator, having spent time as a University Professor and College Instructor.

Passionate about driving social and economic change, Karen volunteers regularly, most recently serving as Chair of Skills Ontario.
