Updating your Email Address

Users can modify their email address by logging into SpacesShared.

Note: The new email address is updated in the system only if all the below steps are completed and you are notified that it is successfully updated.

To update your email address

1. Navigate to About Me on the left hand menu and then go to the Your Profile tab. Click on the Modify Email Address link on top of the Email Address field.
2. As this is sensitive information, verify yourself by providing the password you logged into SpacesShared with.
3. Provide the new email address you would like the system to be updated with and click on Send Verification Code. This will cause a verification code to be sent to your new email address for us to validate it.
4. Update the verification code that is present in the email that you receive at your updated email address with the subject "Verify your email address".
5. Upon successful verification, you would be shown a confirmation screen and logged out of SpacesShared.
6. Navigate back to the sign in page and sign in using the new email address and the same password that you used with the previous email address.
