Updating your address

How and when you can update the address tied to your listing — once approved, it's locked.

The Listing Address is the address at which the property being listed is located, and this address is updated as part of the listing process. It's crucial that the address you provide matches one of the documents you submit during the verification process.

Once your listing address has been approved, your address will be locked and cannot be changed.

To update your address

  1. Go to https://www.spacesshared.ca.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Click on "Listing" in the left-hand menu.
  4. Edit your info under "Address". You can search for the address in the "Search Address" field, or you can update each element of the address individually.
  5. Be sure to click "Save and Next" to save your changes.
