Steps to Resolve this Error

Try the steps below to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

  1. Use SpacesShared from a supported browser: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Are Google Services blocked in your country? SpacesShared uses Google Webservices for this security feature. If you're in a country that blocks Google Services (e.g. China), you'll need a VPN.
  3. Refresh the Page.
  4. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies in your browser's settings.
  5. Disable Browser Extensions — especially privacy and security ones — temporarily to test.
  6. Update Your Browser to the latest version.
  7. Try a Different Browser to determine if the issue is browser-specific.
  8. Use a Different Device if switching browsers doesn't work.
  9. Check Your Network — restart your router or try a different network.
  10. Contact the Customer Success team if none of the above resolves the issue. Provide a screenshot of the error and the steps you've tried.
