Create a listing

Are you interested in listing your spare bedroom on SpacesShared? Follow these simple steps:

1. Go to https://www.spacesshared.ca.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on "Listing" in the left-hand menu.

There are nine steps to complete your listing. Before you begin, here are a few instructions to keep in mind:

• Validate the listing address and provide the address of the listing if not already done.
• Confirm that your home meets certain requirements by checking each of the checkboxes. If your listing doesn't meet all the requirements, you won't be able to list it.
• Provide the name of your listing and a brief description.
• Provide details about the bedroom you're listing and the rental amount you're expecting.
• List any other occupants (adults & children) and pets living in the house.
• Provide a few brief details about the other occupants.
• List any shared amenities and spaces.
• Upload or click some pictures of the house and bedroom listed using the application.

Once you've completed all the steps, your listing will have the status of "complete". The Customer Success team will automatically review your listing within three working days and respond to you with an approved or rejected status.

If your listing is approved, it will be available for guests to review and contact you. If your listing is rejected, the Customer Success team will provide the reasons for rejection. You can update your listing to resolve any issues and resubmit it for approval. You'll be notified by email whenever there is a change in the status of your listing.
