Guests can contact hosts that they are interested in homesharing with. For a guest to contact a host, they need to be logged in and have finished filling out their profile information completely, completed their personal Identity Check, mobile number verification and email verification.
Only guests can initiate a conversation with the host. Hosts cannot directly contact guests.
To send a message to a host
- Go to https://www.spacesshared.ca.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Browse Rooms.
- Click on the bedroom you are interested in and navigate to the host details on that page.
- Click on Contact Host. If you have satisfied all the conditions to contact the host, you will get a message popup in which you can type the message you would like to send the host and click Send.
This will send an in-application message to the host and will also send the host an email with the subject "New Message from Potential Renter".
