Bedroom Pictures

Photo tips for showcasing your spare bedroom — minimums, recommended angles, and what to capture.

When listing your spare bedroom on SpacesShared, pictures are a great way to showcase your space to potential guests. Here are some things to keep in mind when uploading or taking pictures using the application:

  • You can either upload photographs or use the camera on your smartphone.
  • Your pictures will automatically be resized for the best viewing experience.
  • We recommend using landscape photos to capture more details of the room.
  • You'll need to provide at least five photos to complete this step.

Recommended photos

  • Multiple photos of the bedroom taken from different angles, capturing any closet area within the bedroom.
  • At least one photo of the living room.
  • At least one photo of the bathroom the student will access.
  • At least one photo of the kitchen the student will access.
  • At least one photo of the dining area where the student will be allowed to eat meals.
  • At least one photo of the staircase if the student's room is not located on the main floor.

By including high-quality, compelling photos in your listing, you'll increase your chances of getting more bookings from interested guests.
